Do you offer white-glove delivery services?

Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for all large furniture items. This includes inside delivery, assembly in your room of choice, and removal of all packaging materials.

What is your return policy for home decor and accessories?

Unused home accessories in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders, floor models, and final sale items are non-returnable.

How can I track the status of my shipment?

Once your order departs our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal. For white-glove deliveries, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery window.

Do you provide interior design consultations?
